What is an "Authorized Dealer"?
An Authorized or Official Dealer is simply a dealer who has agreed to work with a limited number of manufacturers in exchange for steeply discounted pricing on merchandise. However, the manufacturers place strict guidelines on merchandise pricing, which restricts the dealers from discounting merchandise. As such, these dealers operate at very high margins and do not pass savings on to their customers.

Do you offer customized or personalized Rolex watches?
At the request of our customers, it is our standard practice to customize Rolex watches. Customizations include options such as: diamonds, dials, bezels, bands and cases.

How do I know my watch is authentic?
Do the watches you sell come with their serial numbers?
Every watch we sell has its original serial number intact. We do not accept watches without serial numbers, and we do not remove serial numbers for any reason. In fact, we discourage this practice because we are a reputable high-end watch dealer.
If I purchase a watch from LussoTime, will it come with a box and documentation?
Our watches will be accompanied with the original manufacturer's box, instruction booklets, and LussoTime's certificate of authenticity. If the original box is not available, we will provide you with a quality replacement box.
Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped within the state of California are subject to state sales tax of 8.75%. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of California.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit cards including: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover -- either online or via telephone. We also accept payment via PayPal, Google Checkout, bank/wire transfers, money orders and cashier’s checks. For all wire transfers, cashier’s checks, and bank deposit orders, please contact us via telephone at (828) 67-LUSSO for further instructions after you submit your online purchase. All Cashier's Checks and Money Orders will be held until the funds have cleared. Your shipment will be processed within 24 hours of payment clearance.
All credit card orders MUST be shipped to the billing address on the credit card provided, unless special arrangements have been made by telephone.
All PayPal orders MUST be shipped to the buyer's PayPal shipping address. We cannot ship to a different address for security purposes.
All international orders require payment via Bank Wire. No Exceptions. Please note that all prices listed and quoted are in U.S. Dollars, and all payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
I am interested in submitting payment via bank wire. Are there special benefits? What are the procedures?
A Bank Wire Transfer is often the most expedient and secure method for transferring funds between bank accounts, electronically. This method of payment eliminates credit card transaction fees and we will pass on the savings by offering an additional 2% off of your purchase. Most banks offer Bank Wire transfers directly over the phone.
We accept Bank Wire Transfers for both domestic and international orders. If you would like to pay for your purchase via Bank Wire, your order must be completed via phone or e-mail. We will provide your order information and Wire instructions via e-mail. We typically receive domestic Wire Transfers on the same business day, depending on when the payment was submitted; international Wire Transfers take approximately two to three business days to receive. After payment is received, your order will be shipped.
To take advantage of a Bank Wire Payment:
1) Place your order online and select "Wire Transfer" as your payment option. Further, send us an e-mail, or call us at (828) 67-LUSSO to confirm your order and payment selection.
2) We will reply to your online order, email, or telephone request with the estimated delivery time for the product and the information required by your bank to initiate the Wire Transfer.
3) Once we confirm the Bank Wire Transfer has been completed, we will ship your product and provide you with shipment tracking information.
How long does it take to ship?
For all major forms of payment (bank wires, credit cards, cashiers’ checks, money orders, and cash deposits), we generally ship within 24 to 48 hours via USPS Overnight Express Mail or Fedex. All orders are fully insured and are shipped free of charge via 2-day air or ground shipping. If you need a rush delivery for a special occasion, let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we honor the full manufacturer's warranty on all of the products that we sell. You will receive the LussoTime 2-year warranty certificate with every product purchase.
How Do I Cancel an Order?
Customers must alert us of order cancellations by 4 PM PST on the same day the order was placed. Please do not refuse the delivery of any item, as this might lead to an uninsured return and a risk of loss or theft.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your watch purchase.
During this period, if you feel your purchase is not the quality you expected, please notify us and we will issue to you a Full Refund or Replacement, with no questions asked and no restocking fees charged. Beyond this period we will try to honor requests for exchanges and/or upgrades as long as they are reasonable, at the discretion of our partners. Please note that exchanges must be approved by our sales manager.
All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice, or a copy of the invoice, as well as the, original box, papers, instruction booklets, hang tags, and packaging; Otherwise, the return will not be honored. After the watch is inspected and approved by our staff, a refund will be issued.
Please inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, thoroughly inspect the watch to validate that the watch agrees to what you purchased. Once the watch has been worn, sized, or if any factory seals have been removed, we cannot accept the return.
All items shipped to any address outside the United States are considered to be a final sale and cannot be returned.
This return policy does not apply to Special or Custom Orders or Additional Link Orders.
I have a really nice imitation Rolex. Can you get parts, or work on it?
No, all imitation Rolex watches are trademark infringements, and are considered illegal contraband in the United States. We are a legitimate business, and do not support the sale of illegal goods.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, in many cases, we will accept trade-ins of certain high-end luxury watches. Please contact us to see if your watch is eligible for trade-in by calling (828) 67-LUSSO.
Do you offer layaway plans / options?
Yes, as a courtesy to our valued customers we can hold the watch of your choice for 30 days with a 20% deposit. Please understand that all layaway payments are non-refundable.

Yes. All of our watch repairs and watch customizations are performed in-house by Rolex trained master watchmakers with more than 25 years experience. What is meant by the term "custom diamond dial or bezel"?
LussoTime.com offers its own range of custom-made dials and bezels, complete with genuine diamonds and precious stones, at sales prices that are significantly lower than those charged by the major watch companies. These dials and bezels are each hand set and hand-finished by our master craftsmen.
